Ogre's Politics & Views: Trackback Program?

Does anyone know of a 3rd-party trackback program that works with blogs? I'm looking for something like Haloscan -- because Haloscan hasn't worked in quite a long time and the trackback features of the server I'm currently on doesn't work, either. So is there a haloscan-like solution that isn't Haloscan?

Hunted around, couldn't find anything, sorry. It's a shame that the TB's are shut off. And some sites comments are wonky as all heck, too.
